Cheri - Operations Manager
Cheri is our operations manager. She has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. In 1985 she graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Lakeshore Technical College, Cleveland, WI and began working as a dental assistant at a large multi-doctor practice. Observing the interesting challenges of office management she went back to school and graduated in 1998 from Lakeshore Technical College with an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management. She has also completed courses at the Schuster Center of Professional Development and Whitehall Management, focusing on Team Building and Leadership.
Over the past 25 years as a business manager, Cheri has applied her extensive training to the daily management of the dental office. Cheri is a front line employee, who is dedicated and passionate about serving Two Rivers Family Dental patients. When you call the office, Cheri is usually at the other end of the line to make your scheduling, financial and insurance issues seem easy! Her goal is to assist all patients stepping into the office or calling on the phone to have an exceptional patient experience that they have not found elsewhere. She maks each patient feel, welcome, comfortable, important, and understood.
In her spare time, Cheri enjoys boating and fishing on the Wisconsin River while visiting her cabin in Tomahawk, WI. She also loves spending time with her grandsons, Jaxon, and Weston.
Julie - Financial Manager
Julie is the Financial Manager at Two Rivers Family Dental. She has enjoyed working in the dental field for a total of 16 years and feels that working with patients one-on-one with their treatment plans, insurances, and scheduling their appointments is a great way to really get to know them.
Her significant other Steve and she enjoy their five children, Randy (Jacque), Nick (Amanda), Charlie, Katie (Nick), and Emma and their seven grandchildren Carter, Cassidy, Audrina, Gloria, Aria, Rayna, and McKayla. They love camping together, traveling the states, and finding treasures at antique stores and flea markets.
She is also a certified nursing assistant and a floral designer.
"Ah, and there’s nothing better than a good cup of coffee and a great book to read, or a glass of fine wine with family and friends. Relax, smile, and enjoy life to the fullest," Julie says.
Jessica - Administrative Assistant
Jessica has been working in the dental field for the past 13 years. She is excited to be a part of the Two Rivers Family Dental team and all the new advances to come.
Jessica was born and raised in Whitelaw and currently resides in the Reedsville area with her husband, Justin, and son, Keltyn. Her son keeps them busy with his active sports schedule. Whether it be baseball, football or wrestling, she enjoys going to watch his sporting events. She also enjoys playing volleyball, shopping, fishing (mostly anything outdoors), and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy - Dental Hygienist
Tracy has been in the dental field since 1995, first as a Certified Dental Assistant then continuing her education in dental hygiene, graduating from NWTC as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1999. She worked with Dr. Dale DeSteffen for 16 years since graduation and has worked with Dr. Hansen at Two Rivers Family Dental ever since.
Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our dental team having worked in all aspects of dentistry. "The favorite part of my profession is working one-on-one with patients to improve their oral health and building trusting, friendly relationships. I have found that people love my 'down to earth' approach with personality and a gentle touch."
She lives in Luxemburg and enjoys fishing and boating with friends, going to Packer games, attending concerts, or just spending weekends up north.
Lisa - Dental Hygienist
Lisa has been working in the dental field for 23 years. She was a dental assistant for 11 years before she furthered her education at NWTC and received her dental hygiene degree in 2004.
She was employed with Dr. Loritz for nine years and has since been working with Dr. Chris Hansen.
"It’s been nice to see familiar faces in a new environment and I know my patients have appreciated that as well," Lisa says. "I enjoy meeting new patients and helping educate them about their oral health needs and the best way to keep their smiles beautiful."
Her husband Dan and she have 3 grown children: Christopher, Ashley, and Matthew. They also have two golden retrievers, Brady and Bella. She enjoys walking her dogs, hiking with her husband, biking, snowshoeing, going on roller coasters, traveling, and attendin Green Bay Phoenix women’s basketball games.
Barb - Registered Dental Hygienist
Barb has been in the dental field since 1993--first as a dental assistant then she continued on to become a dental hygienist. She worked with Dr. Hansen, then married, had a daughter, Gabriel, and moved to South Carolina for 18 ½ years. She recently moved back to the area so their daughter could attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Barb is born and raised in Two Rivers.
Her family enjoys many activities in the area including biking, Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and the Brewers.
Heidi - Registered Dental Hygienist
Heidi grew up in Northeast Wisconsin in the very small town of Suring. She currently lives in Green Bay. Heidi has been a dental hygienist for over 22 years and says, "I still absolutely love it! I worked with Dr. Hansen in the past, when he worked in the Green Bay area. This will be the second addition to a building that we will do together. It is going to be great. I love being around people, building relationships, and helping them along their journey to achieve a healthy smile."
Barb has been married for 11 years. They have two beautiful princesses, Brinley and Addison. She enjoys entertaining, anything artsy-crafty, playing piano, and baking. They are very active at their local church. "You may see me drawing sidewalk chalk with my kids, painting, hosting a game at night, or smoking a turkey for a tasty meal with my friends," Heidi says.
"It's always fun meeting people and learning new things about a small community, but it really comes down to making a person feel comfortable with everyone they encounter to make a great experience. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Meunier have an excellent team and I am happy to be part of it!"
Laurie - Dental Assistant
Lauia has enjoyed working in the dental field for the past 25 years as an assistant. She loves helping people achieve the smile that they are looking for and making them feel as comfortable as possible.
She has 2 children, Austin and Addison, along with 2 dogs, Molly and Marley. In her free time, she enjoys walking as much as possible, the outdoors, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Missy - Dental Assistant
Missy was born in Manitowoc and has always lived in the Manitowoc area. She is a 1995 graduate of Lincoln High School. She was a dental assistant for Dr. Furlong for over 15 years and is proud to be part of the Two Rivers Family Dental team. She has also been a waitress at Green Street Food & Spirits for over 20 years and continues to work there part time.
"I enjoy working with people and like being a part of taking care of their needs. I love my work and take great pride in every achievement. It's a great feeling to be able to help make other people happy and healthier. I enjoy working as a part of a team that works together towards a common goal. I feel very fortunate to work alongside such great people," Missy says.
Her husband, John, is a Two Rivers graduate. They have four children, a daughter, Taylor, and three sons, Jeffrey, Ethan, and Owen. Most of their spare time is spent together, whether traveling to volleyball, hockey, soccer, baseball, or football games. Their children have all been active in a variety of sports. They vacation as a family in Minocqua each year and enjoy boating, fishing, and biking. "Personally, I enjoy running, cardio kickboxing and I have always liked to draw and paint," Missy says.
