Our Care Team
Cheri - Operations Manager
Cheri is our operations manager. She has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. In 1985 she graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Lakeshore Technical College, Cleveland, WI and began working as a dental assistant at a large multi-doctor practice. Observing the interesting challenges of office management she went back to school and graduated in 1998 from Lakeshore Technical College with an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management. She has also completed courses at the Schuster Center of Professional Development and Whitehall Management, focusing on Team Building and Leadership.
Over the past 25 years as a business manager, Cheri has applied her extensive training to the daily management of the dental office. Cheri is a front line employee, who is dedicated and passionate about serving Two Rivers Family Dental patients. When you call the office, Cheri is usually at the other end of the line to make your scheduling, financial and insurance issues seem easy! Her goal is to assist all patients stepping into the office or calling on the phone to have an exceptional patient experience that they have not found elsewhere. She maks each patient feel, welcome, comfortable, important, and understood.
In her spare time, Cheri enjoys boating and fishing on the Wisconsin River while visiting her cabin in Tomahawk, WI. She also loves spending time with her grandsons, Jaxon, and Weston.
Julie - Financial Manager
I am the Financial Manager at Two Rivers Family Dental. I have enjoyed working in the dental field for a total of 16 years. Working with the patients’ one on one with their treatment plans, insurances, and scheduling their appointments is a great way to really get to know them.
My significant other Steve and I enjoy our five children, Randy (Jacque), Nick (Amanda), Charlie, Katie (Nick), and Emma and our seven grandchildren Carter, Cassidy, Audrina, Gloria, Aria, Rayna, and McKayla. We love camping together, traveling the states and finding treasures at antique stores and flea markets.
I am also a certified nursing assistant and a floral designer.
Ah, and there’s nothing better than a good cup of coffee and a great book to read, or a glass of fine wine with family and friends.
Relax, smile, and enjoy life to the fullest.
Jessica - Administrative Assistant
I have been working in the dental field for the past 13 years. The last 10 years have been with Dr. Furlong. I enjoy working with and getting to know each of our patients and am looking forward to meeting Dr. Hansen's patients as well. I am excited to be a part of the Two Rivers Family Dental team and all the new advances to come.
I was born and raised in Whitelaw and currently reside in the Reedsville area with my husband Justin and our son Keltyn. My son keeps us busy with his active sports schedule. Whether it be baseball, football or wrestling, I enjoy going to watch his sporting events. I also enjoy playing volleyball, shopping, fishing (mostly anything outdoors) and spending time with my family and friends.
I am extremely grateful for the friendships I have gained from working within the dental community and excited to make more.
Tracy - Dental Hygienist
I have been in the dental field since 1995, first as a Certified Dental Assistant then continuing my education in Dental hygiene, graduating from NWTC as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1999. I have been working with Dr. Dale DeSteffen for 16 years since graduation and have worked with the transition with Dr. Hansen to Two Rivers Family Dental for the past 3 years.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our dental team having worked in all aspects of dentistry. The favorite part of my profession is working one on one with patients to improve their oral health and building trusting, friendly relationships. I have found that people love my “down to earth” approach with personality and a gentle touch.
I live in Luxemburg and have an active life, I enjoy fishing and boating with friends, going to Packer games and attending concerts. Or just spending weekends up north.
Lisa - Dental Hygienist
I have been working in the dental field for 23 years. I was a dental assistant for 11 years before I furthered my education at NWTC and received my dental hygiene degree in 2004.
For the past 9 years, I was employed with Dr. Loritz and have since been working with Dr. Chris Hansen. It’s been nice to see familiar faces in a new environment and I know my patients have appreciated that as well.
I enjoy meeting new patients and helping educate them about their oral health needs and the best way to keep their smiles beautiful.
My husband Dan and I have 3 grown children: Christopher, Ashley, and Matthew. We also have 2 golden retrievers, Brady and Bella. I enjoy walking my dogs, hiking with my husband, biking, snowshoeing, going on roller coasters, traveling and going to Green Bay Phoenix women’s basketball games.
Barb - Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been in the dental field since 1993-first as a dental assistant then I continued on to become a dental hygienist. I had worked with Dr. Hansen , then got married, had our daughter Gabriel and moved to South Carolina for 18 ½ years. We recently moved back to the area so our daughter could attend the University of Wisconsin Madison.
I am born and raised in Two Rivers, WI.
Our family enjoys many activities in the area including: biking, Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and the Brewers.
Heidi - Registered Dental Hygienist
I grew up in Northeast, Wisconsin in the very small town of Suring. I currently live in Green bay. I have been a dental hygienist for over 22 years and still absolutely love it! I worked with Dr. Hansen in the past, when he worked in the Green Bay area. This will be the second addition to a building that we will do together. It is going to be great.
I love being around people, building relationships, and helping them along their journey to achieve a healthy smile.
My husband and I have been married for 11 years. We have two beautiful princesses, Brinley and Addison. They are 5 and 6 years old, so they keep us busy. I enjoy entertaining, anything artsy-crafty, playing piano, baking, and we are very active at our local church. You may see me drawing sidewalk chalk with my kids, painting, hosting a game at night, or smoking a turkey for a tasty meal with my friends.
I look forward to growing with the practice and learning new things as we transition into the remodeled building in the near future. It's always fun meeting people and learning new things about a small community, but it really comes down to making a person feel comfortable with everyone they encounter to make a great experience. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Meunier have an excellent team and I am happy to be part of it!
Julie - Dental Assistant
I am a 2001 graduate of the Dental Assistant program at Lakeshore Technical College. I have enjoyed working in the dental field for the past 14 years either assisting or as a receptionist. I love working with people and helping make their visit more comfortable. I also like to learn the new advancements in the dental field.
My home life is busy. My husband and I have four wonderful children-Cole, Caden, Chloe, and Chase. We love to be outdoors-traveling, biking, gardening, helping at my dad’s farm, or just playing. When I have spare time I enjoy to read, spend time with friends and shop (of course).
Laurie - Dental Assistant
I have enjoyed working in the dental field for the past 25 years as an assistant. I love helping people achieve the smile that they are looking for and making them feel as comfortable as possible.

Missy - Dental Assistant
I was born in Manitowoc and have always lived in the Manitowoc area. I am a 1995 graduate of Lincoln High School. I have been a dental assistant for Dr. Furlong for over 15 years and am excited to join the Two Rivers Family Dental team. I have also been a waitress at Green Street Food & Spirits for over 20 years and continue to work there part time.

It's a great feeling to be able to help make other people happy and healthier. I enjoy working as a part of a team that works together towards a common goal. I feel very fortunate to work alongside such great people.
I am married to my husband John, a Two Rivers graduate. We have four children. A daughter Taylor, and three sons, Jeffrey, Ethan and Owen. Most of our spare time is spent together, whether we are traveling to volleyball, hockey, soccer, baseball or football games. Our children have all been active in sports and we seem to go from one season onto the next. As a family, we vacation in Minocqua each year and we enjoy boating, fishing and biking. Personally, I enjoy running, cardio kickboxing and I have always liked to draw and paint.
I am looking forward to meeting new patients, learning new things, and making new friends.
