Dear patients, family, and friends of Two Rivers Family Dental,
First, let me tell you how honored we are to serve you and it is at challenging times like these that we realize how fortunate we are to have our loved ones, our friends and our family of patients. The outpouring of heartfelt support from you is overwhelming and keeps us hopeful.
These are extraordinary times and we struggle to keep up with the rapid changes as we discover more about the spread of the Coronavirus. In accordance with public health guidelines and to protect the health of our patients, staff, and families, we made the decision to close the office effective today and plan to reopen on Monday, April 6th. Update: We now plan to reopen on Monday, May 18.
First and foremost, we are health professionals it is our responsibility do everything possible to reduce the spread and effects of this virus. To that end, we will follow the public health guidelines of the CDC, American Dental Association and Wisconsin Dental Association.  We feel that acting in accordance with the abundance of caution approach is appropriate for all our protection in these uncertain times.
We will be here to answer your questions and provide any emergency services necessary. If you have an appointment in the next two weeks and have not been rescheduled please call us at 794-7100 and we will take care of this for you.  Please feel free to call us anytime you have a question or concern.
Please do your part at home and follow the recommended CDC guidelines of sanitary measures and stay at home, if possible.  It may be necessary to self quarantine and practice social distancing to protect yourself and others. While this may be the “new normal" we will emerge from this stronger and better prepared for the future if we all pull together.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the American Dental Association and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and local public health officials. With new information, we will make the necessary adjustments to our operations and will keep you informed of any changes.
Stay positive, we can and will get through this! We will win this fight!

Sincerely,
Chris J Hansen, DDS,FAGD
